Mike McDonald

For nearly three decades, Mike has dedicated his life to building stronger organizations, developing people, and leading teams through seasons of growth, challenge, and transformation. His career has spanned multiple industries—from national security services to ministry to large-scale property management—yet his focus has remained constant: create clarity, empower others, and leave every organization better than he found it.
Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in American Government and Law from the University of Connecticut, followed by a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Leadership from Liberty University. His blend of academic training in governance, law, theology, and leadership shaped both his strategic approach to organizations and his people-centered leadership style.
Mike’s journey began in the security services field, where he rose from an entry-level role to senior national leadership, ultimately becoming President & CEO of Paramount Security, Inc. There, he led major restructurings, negotiated national contracts, executed mergers and acquisitions, and expanded operations from a single Florida office to a coast-to-coast and international presence. His ability to see both the big picture and the operational details quickly became his signature strength.
His calling to develop people and strengthen communities led him into ministry, where he served as a Pastor with Vox Church and later as Operations Pastor at Colonial Church STA. Whether launching a new campus, building teams, or guiding organizational operations, Mike’s leadership was rooted in service, mentorship, and relational investment.
Most recently, Mike served as Chief Operations Officer for Integrity Rise Management LLC, overseeing the operations of a multifamily management company responsible for $2 billion in assets. His role included organizational restructuring, financial improvement initiatives, national vendor strategy, staff development, and building the systems needed to support large-scale growth. Parallel to this work, he leads Lifted Consulting Group, LLC, where he advises businesses on scaling, leadership, startups, and strategic planning.
Beyond his professional life, Mike has always believed in giving back. His years of civic involvement in Windsor, Connecticut—serving on boards, commissions, the Board of Education, and the Town Council—reflect his desire to strengthen the communities he calls home.
Mike approaches life with the same energy he brings to leadership: disciplined, competitive, and committed. A 12-year CrossFitter, 2020 Wodapalooza athlete and coach, he thrives on pushing limits and modeling resilience, both in and out of the gym.
Today, Mike and his wife Kelli make their home in St. Augustine, Florida, where they treasure time with their two children, daughter-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren. At his core, Mike is a builder—of organizations, of people, and of legacy—and he continues to lead with purpose, conviction, and heart.
